Condition of the Vehicle: The condition of the vehicle prior to service is thoroughly assessed. Any existing damage or wear (including but not limited to paint imperfections, scratches, stains, or upholstery wear) will be noted. We are not responsible for further damage to pre-existing issues or the results of attempted stain removal or paint correction.

Vehicle Damage: While every effort is made to prevent damage to your vehicle, ET Home and Auto Care cannot be held liable for any incidental or accidental damage caused during the detailing process, including but not limited to minor paint scuffs, wheel curb marks, or interior trim issues, which may result from cleaning, pressure washing, or other methods used.

Tools & Products: We use industry-standard tools and products to ensure high-quality service. However, certain materials, including older leather, carpets, or upholstery, may react to cleaning products, and we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions.

Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for informing ET Home & Auto Care of any sensitive areas or features in the vehicle (e.g., aftermarket installations, special coatings, or fragile items), and it is the client’s responsibility to remove any personal belongings, valuables, or fragile items from the vehicle prior to service. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

Completion Time: Estimated completion times are based on typical service times. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, vehicle condition, or additional services requested during the detailing.
